First time here and let me tell what an amazing experience. From the front desk to Dr. Sylvana she made my daughters feel so happy and comfortable and made sure I understood everything they were doing. I’m so happy I came here. My 6year old said mommy give them 5 starts they were really nice. 💜 thank you for the amazing work.

A well oiled machine! I was thoroughly impressed with my visit here.. first I’ll be honest I was overwhelmed with the amount of patients walking in . It is a large establishment. However, I will say they are adequately staffed. They do not cut corners. Everyone plays a role to do one job, so don’t be overwhelmed by the amount of people they get you in and out as quickly as you can. Everyone is very nice and approachable they are one of the best desk staff I’ve experienced with high value patients. They were not condescending, over worked, annoyed. They were cheerful, and I definitely enjoyed the visit here for my daughter. This will be her Dentist.

Xomari the front desk lady was super super nice! She’s sweet and kind. We were making conversation and making us feel comfortable. Overall, I always have a great experience here.

My experience was unprofessional my appointment was for 11:20 I waited two hours to be seen and I had to go to the front desk to even ask about my wait time so I could get to the back while many others went before me..It used to be a nice place with good service now they treat the patients like a revolving jammed door over booking and they have no courtesy for the patients no I’m sorry we are little behind schedule or anything I left at 2:30,yeah 3 hours spent in the dentist office and me nor my husband was seen ridiculous and not even a manager came to apologize.for the wait for them skipping over me I’m next to a woman at 1:30 still waiting for an xray her appointment was scheduled for 12:30 and she went before me and at this point I had enough I canceled me and my husbands appointment and only my daughter was seen because I complained to the front desk about waiting so long.Thank you to the young lady by the hygienist who was the only one to apologize.and the front desk need a little bit more training also maybe have them tell the patients you behind or stop over booking no one wants to come and wait three hours to be seen.

Had such a great experience with them until now. My daughter had an apt today for 3pm.. I called to reschedule because her father couldn't take her. They rescheduled my daughter for 3:30pm tomorrow.. then they called me back to tell me they could only see her in the morning EVEN THOUGH her apt for today was in the afternoon. I didn't understand because her apt for today was in the afternoon.. they said they wouldn't have been able to see her today regardless. So if her father was able to take her she wouldn't have been seen.. and nobody called to let us know anyways. My daughter is 11 I don't want her missing any school time. I spoke with 3 people included Gabriella the supervisor and they all said different things. Looking for a new dentist office asap who prioritizes the children's needs and education.
